Dear Science is Elementary supporters -
We are thrilled to announce that we launched our program in Oakland last month! We are partnering with Roses in Concrete, an amazing community school in East Oakland that provides a loving, arts-rich experience for students and social services to families. We visited all 14 classrooms (Kindergarten through 5th) with exciting hands-on experiments. We got hugs from kindergarteners and 4th graders (!) and the teachers loved seeing their students so engaged.
We are in talks with 2 more schools to bring our program to them. Help us by supporting this expansion and donate today.
