Construction continues to move forward on the Providence Guest Housing project. Recent weather has allowed crews to progress rapidly. The project is now considered approximately one third complete. This is a very exciting time on the Providence Portland Medical Center campus as we all watch this project rise up along Glisan St. We also have a camera stationed across the street which allows anyone with a computer to access a live feed and watch the construction move forward. Follow these directions to get connected and watch progress from your own computer.

It’s a lot of steps but it’s a necessary security measure.
The project is on time and on budget. Completion is scheduled for July of 2015. The cost is $6 million and it is being fully funded by Providence Portland Medical Foundation with approximately $1.5 million yet to be raised. An over-all naming opportunity for this prominent facility is still available. Hard hat tours will be offered in February.
Thank you for your interest in our Guest Housing project and the many other projects and programs that Providence Portland Medical Foundation supports. It’s you, our donors, who allow us to make a difference in our community.
