The Omilling Boma has no source of medical supplies, and patients go without treatment. We need medicines to give patients at not-for-a-profit selling price, and the money is re-invested in more medicine for the following month. In rural Omilling, this is the only way for pregnant women and malaria patients, especially children, to get a cure. We would like thank our donors for their ongoing support toward this worthwhile project.
The Omilling rural villages still has no source of medical supplies and people here go without treatment even if they are critical ill. The community has no pave road, and the government run healthcare centers are 50 km away just going, and the same distance back.
The drug revolving fund is the only way people here can help them. We need your ongoing support so that buy medicines are purchased locally and sell to patients at not-for-profit-selling –price. The money is then re-invested in more medicines for the following month.
On June 16 2010 GlobalGiving will be matching at 50% all online donations up to 1,000 per donor per project! This campaign runs between 12:00 am and 11:59 pm EST (GMT-4).
In addition to the 50% match, GlobalGiving will be offering a $1,000 bonus to the project that raises the most funds that day and a $1,000 bonus to the project that receives donations from most individual donors!
We are encouraging you to make a donation on June 16 to take this opportunity of the matching funds in order to help the people of Omilling Sudan to get the medicines for treatment which without your help they have no choice but to die– and finally get them out of extreme poverty and live a healthier life.
Thanks for your ongoing support!
