We are really happy. In the middle of the storm, we were capable to strive and opening our Center for Homeless Employment, and we are working in the trainings, job creation and the beginning of a new business.
In spite of the limits faced by our organisation due to the pandemy, we decided to keep the work and the efforts and now the Center is a reality: Perhaps it is not like we have thought in the beggining, but what was as we all expected in 2020?
In this moment Marce, Jorge, Eric, Pedro and Diego are creating a pilot for selling food, as due to their age, health or legal situation they can´t get a formal job.
At the same time, our psychologist is progressing in the treatment of those in need so they can heal both their minds and souls after so many years living in the streets.
We are planning Giving Tuesday, somethinng we learned thanks to GlobalGiving, so we are happy and blessing that, in spite of all, we have health to continue our daily work.
