In the present situation not only we are taking chemical mixed food materials but also we provide them to our children. By this habit our children and we are affected with many diseases. Particularly Cancer, Diabetes, Bone damages, Irregular menstrual period for women and stone formation in kidney. But in Mushroom food items there is not any factor of disease formation. At the same time mushroom has the protein, fat contents which are necessary for the human health. Now a days is many countries of the world mushroom is one of food items and it is an unavoidable item. Men must avoid the food materials with chemicals and they must take only the Natural food materials. This awareness has spread all over the world. That is why the need of mushroom food has increased. Hence we can produce Mushroom foods not only for the need of our Nation, but also we can export the same to foreign countries and we can earn a good amount of money by that. Mushroom can be used for our value added, home food preparation. Also it can be supplied to hotel. It is needed for Tiffin Centers also from Mushrooms Soup, Briyani, Masala, Puttu, Fry etc items are prepared and it is a good food item.
