Your donations are doing far more than providing breakfast. They are helping vulnerable schoolgirls attend classes regularly, concentrate on their lessons, participate confidently, and continue building a brighter future through education.
With your support, SYS continues to implement the project at Al-Razi and Al-Najah Schools in Bani Al-Hareth District. Every school day, our team distributes nutritious breakfast meals to the targeted girls, helping them begin their lessons with greater energy and focus.
Alongside the meal distribution, the SYS team is strengthening the quality of education by training teachers in active-learning and student-centered teaching strategies. Teachers are now integrating educational games, puzzles, group work, outdoor activities, problem-solving exercises, and metacognitive learning techniques into their classrooms.
These approaches are making lessons more engaging, enjoyable, and meaningful for the students.
One teacher shared:
“The girls are now more active and willing to participate. Educational games and group activities have made the classroom more enjoyable, and even the quieter students are beginning to express their ideas.”
A student described her experience:
“I enjoy coming to school because we learn through games, puzzles, and activities with our classmates. The breakfast meal also helps me feel energetic and ready to study.”
Another teacher explained:
“The combination of school meals and active-learning methods has improved the girls’ concentration and classroom participation. They are learning with enthusiasm rather than simply memorizing information.”
Because of your compassion, girls who might otherwise attend school hungry—or miss school entirely—are receiving both the nourishment and educational support they need. Your contribution is helping transform classrooms into safe, encouraging environments where girls can learn with dignity, confidence, and hope.
