Dear GlobalGiving Donors and Supporters,
On behalf of the Support Yemeni Society Organization, we extend our deepest gratitude for your continued generosity and steadfast commitment to our project, Feeding 1000 Poor Rural School Girls in Yemen." Because of your compassion, this humanitarian project is now entering its seventh year of implementation. Over the past years, your contributions have helped provide more than two million breakfast meals, along with school supplies, food baskets, and recreational activities for thousands of rural Yemeni schoolgirls at Al-Razi and Al-Najah Schools in Bani Al-Hareth District.
Your support has done far more than provide food. It has helped girls stay in school, improved their ability to concentrate in class, reduced the burden on vulnerable families, and brought joy, dignity, and hope to children who continue to face extremely difficult living conditions.
As one teacher from Al-Razi School shared: “Many of our students come to school without breakfast. These meals have helped them focus, participate, and attend classes regularly. We can clearly see the difference in their energy and learning.” A school representative from Al-Najah School also expressed: “This project has become a source of hope for our students. It reminds them that there are kind people who care about their education and future.”
With your support, the SYS Team has launched a new phase of distributing meals and spreading happiness among the girls of Al-Najah and Al-Razi Schools. Every meal delivered is not only nutritious but also a source of encouragement, protection, and a message to each girl that her education matters.
The SYS Team remains deeply committed to implementing this project with dedication, transparency, and care. Our field team continues to work closely with school administrations, teachers, families, and local communities to ensure that your donations reach the students who need them most.
Your support is truly a lifeline for these girls. It proves that even in the most difficult circumstances, childhood can be protected, education can continue, and hope can grow.
