Regular KIFA Staff Meetings
June 12, 2025 was the date Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) held its staff meeting, purposely to share organizational information, discuss updates, address concerns, and to brainstorm solutions relevant to the performance and the development of their Institute in particular and of course that of the organization at large.
In that particular meeting, specifically on this very report, members ensured that, everyone is put on the same page regarding organizational goals, project status, policy changes, and other important announcements; meanwhile at the same time, advocating that: all the employees should be able to voice up their questions, concerns, and feedback to management, or in other words, they were made aware of their responsibility to foster transparency and trust and avoid promoting misunderstanding among themselves both at the organization and the Institute of Home Economics.
Finally, they resolved that: they should always be holding regular meetings to discuss the organizational weaknesses and threats while strengthening the existing opportunities that may be available internally and externally.

Facilitating Courtyard meeting: KIFA
A courtyard meeting, in the context of Kole Intellectual Forum, is a small, informal gathering that they usually organized any given village or at any community setting, often at someone's home or in a designated open space. When the meeting is held, it serves as a platform for community members, especially women and marginalized groups, to discuss issues, receive information, and participate in participatory activities. For Kole Intellectual Forum, courtyard meetings are important for raising awareness, empowering communities, and promoting social change.
The meeting when held, it facilitates direct interaction between the team of Kole Intellectual Forum and community members, making them to build trust among themselves, leading to behavioral changes and increased access to services.

Celebration of Ugandan Hero's Day at KIFA
KIFA celebrates Hero’s Day: Uganda
In its smallest capacity, Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) joined the rest of their citizens in the celebration of the Country’s hero’s Day that was, observed on June 9th, 2025 that was made a public holiday. The day is meant to commemorate individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the nation's liberation, development, and dignity. This day according to the framers in Uganda is considered to be that time devoted to honor the sacrifices made by those who fought for Uganda's freedom, those who have served the country with distinction, and of course, those who have positively impacted the lives of others.
Of all the emphasis advocated on the Hero’s day, Kole Intellectual Forum’s focus value is on the development of young generations and also to emphasize on the importance of patriotism, unity, and commitment to Uganda's positive future.
