To him (the Instructor above), his scope of event at Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) reveals a statement or a story recorded or it can be in a form of a document that summarizes the key aspects of his event at the organization (KIFA), such as the purpose of his being at the Institute, objectives of what he should address as an Instructor, deliverables, stakeholders’ assignment, budget, timeline, and quality standards among others.
And his has drawn this facts on the basis of the organizational principles that direct the workers to:

- Discussing what went well and what went bad: by Reflect on what aspects of the event went well, and also

He therefore went ahead to thank GlobalGiving for initiating a platform that can connect little un known organizations that might have not got an opportunity to excel to the global screen. The achievements to what the organization is doing in the year 2024; has be considered by us to be that, that has been set as a strong foundation for continued impact and positive change in the years to come.
For instance, we spearheaded the project to “Empower a girl: For self-reliance”. The initiative aimed to promote quality, sustainable and potential education in Uganda and the key recommendations drawn from the project are usually shared with decision-makers to inform the decision-making process concerning how to maintain quality education within the district.
