Celebrating 18 graduations in 2025

Some of the graduates we celebrated in 2025
Some of the graduates we celebrated in 2025

Since our last update in October, we are proud to share a powerful milestone: 18 young adults graduated from college in 2025, including two who earned First Class Honours degrees. These graduates completed qualifications in fields such as Civil Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Education (Chemistry & Mathematics), English Literature & Sociology, Banking & Finance, ICT, and Electronic & Electrical Engineering. One graduate shared that without Nyumbani’s support, she would never have reached this moment. She now hopes to help other vulnerable children pursue their education. This is the ripple effect of your investment. May God continue blessing you for your support.

As the new academic year began in January, 417 children at Nyumbani Village transitioned into their next grades, equipped with tuition, uniforms, books, and essential learning support. An additional 100+ students at Nyumbani Children’s Home are continuing their education in Karen C and in other secondary schools and institutions where they qualified and were called to join. Your generosity ensures that financial barriers do not interrupt their progress.

With a 99% secondary school completion rate, this project continues to transform loss into opportunity and education into independence. We invite you to continue walking this journey with us. Your ongoing support ensures that more children not only stay in school but graduate, build careers, and return to uplift others. Together, we can sustain this momentum and secure brighter futures for the next generation.
