in the production department after
completing a 2-year Diploma course
in Electrical and Communication
Engineering from a Government
Polytechnic College. She earns
INR 12,000/month, and is able to

setback in the family, and aims to
resume higher studies soon in

Dear Patrons,
We are so happy to share with
you that Grade 9 and 11 students
are back to schools, after many
months of lockdown and
online classes!
On the first day back at
school, a teacher of Isha
Vidhya Cuddalore school
came up with the novel|
idea of creating a cheerful
and happy environment,
by giving students a free
hand at some colourful
art work.
Get a glimpse of the
kaleidoscopic fun that
followed, in the picture!
We are so happy that the classes
are getting opened up one by one
for different grades, and we are
to impart education in person to
the students!
We thank you for all your support
to Isha Vidhya, and we look
forward for your continued
engagement!

Silambam is a Indian martial art that
originates in southern India, and is an
optional part of Isha Vidhya’s sports
curriculum. It helps to improve flexibility,
agility, and hand-eye coordination.
10 Isha Vidhya students won top prizes -
gold medals and certificates at the
inter-school Silambam competition
conducted by the World Silambam
Sports Association on 31st January
at Tharuvai grounds in Tuticorin,
Tamilnadu, India. About 200 students
from 20 students participated in this
zonal level event.
It’s heartwarming to note that
Isha Vidhya practiced for the event
in spite of the Covid-19 situation,
by strictly following the Covid-19
protocol.
Sports is an important focus area
at Isha Vidhya. If you would like
to make a difference in a student's
education at Isha Vidhya, please
consider starting a monthly
recurring donation at the link
provided in the Links section.
We thank you for all that you
have done for Isha Vidhya, and
we look forward for your continued
support.

Shares Subashini, who was a
student of Isha Vidhya:
Namaskaram. My name is
Subashini. I am studying BSMS
in Government Siddha Medical
College, Palayamkottai, Tiruinelveli.
I joined Isha Vidhya in 3rdgrade, and
completed 12thgrade. In this journey,
each day was very special and unique.
Isha Vidhya is a platform to gain a lot
of knowledge and be able to discover
myself. My school has made me focus
not only in my academics but also to
allocate quality time in extra curricular
activities.
My dream is to become a doctor and
serve the society. To make my dream
come true, I took the NEET course
and put in 100% effort. Then I got a
seat in Govt.Siddha Medical College.
I am feeling very blessed to learn about
our Siddha medicine. I am confident
that I will reach my goal.
I thank my donors, because of whom
I was able to reach this position. They
have supported me financially to
achieve my dreams and inspired me
to support more students like me to
reach their goals.”
Thank you for your wonderful
message Subashini! We continue
to strive to educate the rural children
of India to reach their potential!
Thanks & Best Regards,
