*BACKGROUND*
- Many children in slum face closed doors due to poverty
- No school fees, no food, no shelter
- Organization opens doors through education & care
*OBJECTIVES*
- Open door to education
- Open door to feeding & health
- Open door to shelter & safety
- Open door to hope & mentorship
*ACTIVITIES DONE*
- Education materials to 150 children
- Feeding program for 200+ children daily
- School fees paid for 45 children
- Shelter for 12 homeless children
- Counseling & home visits to 60 families
- Transparency updates on YouTube
*ACHIEVEMENTS*
- Doors opened for 520+ children to stay in school
- Better attendance & performance
- Less street children in community
- More community trust
- More donors showing interest
*CHALLENGES*
- Many doors still closed - limited funds
- Food not enough for all 520 daily
- No own premises - renting
- Rising cost of fees & materials
- Few staff & no transport
*WAY FORWARD*
- Fundraise for own land / classrooms
- Start income project for sustainability
- Expand feeding to all 520
- Build more partnerships
- Improve reporting & accountability
