*BACKGROUND*
- Children trapped in poverty in Gaba slum
- Lack fees, food, materials, shelter
- Started to break poverty cycle
*OBJECTIVES*
- Education support
- Daily feeding
- Shelter for homeless
- Counseling & spiritual support
*ACTIVITIES DONE*
- Scholastic materials to 150 children
- Daily feeding to 200+ children
- School fees for 45 children
- Shelter for 12 homeless children
- Weekly counseling sessions
- Home visits to 60 families
*ACHIEVEMENTS*
- 520+ children supported in school
- Improved attendance & performance
- Reduced idleness in community
- Strong community trust
- More donor interest online

- Limited funding
- Not enough food for all 520
- No own land / rented space
- High school fees & material costs
- Few staff & transport problem
