Employment Readiness Program

During the year 2015 Vidya Poshak's Skill Training Team completed 16 Skill Training Camps training 1112 students.

• We conducted the 9 (744 students ) soft skills training camps for PUC 1st year
• 3 Employment readiness Program(ERP Camps for Degree final year students,172 students)
• 2 Aptitude related camps(107students)
• 1 camp is related to interview skills(42 students),
• Value Education Training & Career Sounseling for Class 10 students and trained 173 students.

Overall till date Vidya Poshak have completed 144 skill training camps and trained the 7581 students.

 Apart from this in 2015 Vidya Poshak conducted supportive classes with the support from Tata Motors Ltd.  The Supportive Classes training program were conducted for 8th,9th and 10th class students in Mummigatti rural high school. 

From July 2015 we started supportive classes for 8th,9th and 10th class students in Govt. High School Mummigatti. Totally 192 students got benefit through our Supportive training classes.  61 students from 10th standard, 55 students from 9th standard and 74 students from 8th standard. 

The Coaching classes were conducted by the experts in the academic subjects Science, Mathematics and English. 

Four highly experienced and expert teachers are helping us in the coaching. They are experts in English, Maths and Science. By December 2015, we are reaching the end of our coaching for the academic year 2015-16. 

Updates of Vidya Poshak's Skill Training Programs

Residential Bridge Camp:

In the present year 2015-16 camp team crossed 9 Camps covered 690 students.

Successfully Completed camps with free venue and food at Horanadu, Nidasoshi , Belagavi , Bangaramakki with help of branch teams.

Overall We completed the 142 camps and trained the 7200 students since beginning of RBC in 2007.

We found new new venues Koodla(Haveri), Yaranal(Belagavi), Hukkeri( Belagavi),Hukkeri Math(Haveri),Bharatesh Education Trust,Belagavi.    

College Training Program:

We conducted the Employment Readiness Programme in A.V.Baliga College Kumata and World Konkani Centre Mangalore for the final year degree students trained 98 students and topics covered the Resume writing, English speaking and comprehension, interview skills and aptitude skills etc..

We conducted the Value Education classes in Santa Sharif High School Shishuvinhal for 10^th class and trained the 90 students, topic covered the life skills, soft skills, study skills and Motivation etc...

We also conducted the Banking exam coaching for Degree students in Prof.Divekar College of Commerce Karwar, trained the 48 students.

Conducted the Value education classes in Narendra, Mummigatti and Kurabagatti Rural High Schools for 9^th class students with support from Tata motors CSR group. We are also conducting supportive classes in Mummigatti School for the 8^th, 9th & 10^th classes supporting 250 students.

Vidya Poshak & Avanti Fellows Joined hands to provide free JEE mains and advanced training for Meritorious, Low-income Students. Overall 35 students are now being trained focusing on JEE Exams. Everyday 3 hours of classes conducted in VP office.
