Greetings from Vidya Poshak
Thank you for joining hands with us, we appreciate your kind gesture in extending a helping hand for the noble cause of nurturing meritorious but economically challenged students. None of our work could be done without our amazing supporters like you. With your great support we are nurturing meritorious students and going to nurture nonacademic excellent students from this year.
We are pleased to share you with the Quarter highlights of Vidya Poshak activities
- We have trained 28 different background professionals on personal and career counselling under the new initiative of Carving out Counsellors program with the Association of Samdhana trust in Dharwad. The trainees committed to provide free counselling in their districts.
- Our Vidya Poshak scholars who attended our Skill trainings Mr. Basanagouda, Mr. Avinash and Ramesh cleared the KAS in this year.
- Ms. Florence, Mr. Manoj, Ms. Shraddha, Ms. Nivedita , Mr. Ganapati, Mr. Raveesh and Ms. Kavya cleared the CPT in first attempt in the degree first year.
- Ms.Rakshita Ms. Anupama, and Ms. Swati were cleared foundation exam conducted by Company Secretary in first attempt.
- In last quarter five Residential Bridge Camps were conducted in Daddikamlapura, Goli, Shankar Matha, Vysya hostel and Huliyala for degree and PU students. Totally 282 students were participated and covered the theme of Personality development, English language improvement, Interview readiness, Aptitude skills, disaster management and social responsibility.

Dear Well Wishers
Greetings from Vidya Poshak. During the last quarter we conducted three Residential Bridge Camps for Degree students and trained 48 Boys and 73 Girls students total number of trained students are 138. In this camp including B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA students have attended the camp.
Camps in:
1)Vyshya Hostel, Davanagere from 10th to 18th April,2017
2)Shri Siddivinayak Temple Goli Dist: Uttar Kannada from 15th to 22nd June,2017
3)Mahishi Trust, Yoga & Naturopathy Hospital, Daddikamalapur Tq/Dist: Dharwad from 11th to 17th July,2017

Dear Well Wishers
Greetings from Vidya Poshak, Following are the Highlights of our Training programs during the last quarter
1. Total of 5 trainings have been arranged and 278 students participated in the program.
2. The focus of all the training programs are preparing the students career ready. The main content of the training modules are English Language Improvement, Aptitude Readiness, Soft Skills
3. On Employment readiness the students were supported to prepare their Resumes, also the students are trained on how to face interviews.
5. Mock Interview sessions were conducted for all the students.
6. Vidya Poshak is selected by HSBC for supporting 500 new students for the year 2017
