Recently, we visited a local community to celebrate the first birthday of a young girl whose teenage mother had to leave school due to early marriage. The celebration was a moment of joy and connection with the family.
Beyond the celebration, our support for the family has taken on a deeper purpose. The girls who attend the leadership programs at Elara Study Centre volunteer to teach the young mother basic literacy skills, equipping her with the knowledge and tools to improve her life and better support her child’s future.
We would like to reach out to more communities like this and would love to have more girls volunteer to help their underprivileged peers. However, we cannot do this without your donation, which will support the building of a dedicated venue for these activities.
