Your continued support has resulted in the graduation of three students who will return to their home communities qualified in teaching, public administration, and social work. You are also supporting four nurses in training and a nursery teacher.
In Uganda, most graduates fail to find employment after completing their studies, but our bursary programme allows young professionals to work with us and our partners, putting their skills to use and receiving ongoing support. Their impact on communities is long-lasting and they are the leaders of the future.
Your support also contributes to providing over 15,000 primary school meals per term. Without your support, many children would eat less than once a day.
You have also contributed to the completion of Agaria's first school, art materials in Busiliwa Junior School in Bududa, and the formation of a young women's group to develop vocational opportunties in the village.
Thank you for your commitment and continuing support.
