From May 17 to July 17, 2022, Dynagen - Live United officially opened the application for the 3rd Session, school year 2022 – 2023. The organizers received nearly 200 applications from youngsters in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
From July 18 to August 5, 2022: Based on the evaluation criteria, the professional council graded and selected 80 students with the highest scores to officially participate in the training program, including 52 students from Hanoi and 28 students from Ho Chi Minh City. In particular, 15 disadvantaged students were selected to receive financial support within 10 months with the amount of 1.5 million/person/month.
On August 27, 2022, Dynagen - Live United 3rd Course held a launching ceremony in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of the Advisory Board, Coaching Board, sponsor representatives and 80 members
From September 2022 to June 2023, the members will undergo 14 activities including: training, webinars, seminars, career mentoring, network connections, etc. The training program is designed impressively with many new points, encouraging the role of pioneering, leadership, and ownership. Training courses are diversified, from developing capacity and personal qualities through training courses, expanding career through practical experience programs, to collaborating and connecting through international networking programs of the Global Youth Leader United network.
Particularly, members will have the opportunity to be trained 1-1 with experienced advisors from reputable organizations in the program "Career Mentoring". The program is about to help members get better understanding of themselves, as well as their points needed to improve, thereby making suitable career choices.
DynaGen - Live United 3rd course also encourages to improve self-worth and contribute to the community through "Community Initiatives" with a grant amount of up to 2000 USD. Young people can receive technical support to launch the initiative from VSF and MSD United Way through project management training with experienced experts in the field of development.
This year, training courses will be held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on weekends, average 2 courses/month. Expanding the scope of the program helps members connect, build mutual support networks, and create employment opportunities through internships programs.
As a unit connecting and mobilizing resources in society (finance, experts, artifacts, etc.), up to now, VSF and MSD - United Way Vietnam have called for several units and individuals to accompany the project. The main sponsors are Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and Shinhan Square Bridge Vietnam under the Shinhan Financial Group Hope Foundation. At the same time, the program continues to receive the companionship of the Education and Times Newspaper. In addition, many individuals, organizations, and businesses will support such as TH Group, United Way Worldwide, Vietnam Japan Link Joint Stock Company (VIJA Link), TH school, Navigos Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Mentori Vietnam Connecting Solutions Joint Stock Company, ABG Leadership Institute, IBC International Business Coaching Co., Ltd. etc.
