The main goal of the project is to assist students in improving social, occupational knowledge and skills through a series of trainings and practical experiences, helping them to be more stable in their future career path. Besides, by mobilizing diverse resources in society: government, businesses, social organizations and individuals to work together for young generation, project also aims to promote sharing culture - the culture of contributing to the community and humanism.
In Vietnam, there is a long-lasting situation: unemployment of graduate students. According to the Ministry of Education and Training, there are about 2.4 million students studying at 635 higher education institutions in 2018. In particular, according to the General Statistics Office, the number of unemployed adolescent in the first 3 months of 2019 was estimated at 448,500. In another hand, finding resources to support student is another challenge, for schools and institutions.
DynaGen includes the following activities: 1. Training on knowledge and complementary skills for scientific research and career development |2. Organize sessions between students, scientists, experts, entrepreneurs and alumni |3. Connect students and employers | 4. Scholarship: In the school year 2021-2022, we plan to build a budget for 20 scholarships of 45 USD/month for 10 months for applicants who have financial issues, help them to get the best out of their journey with the project.
Project will directly help reduce the unemployment rate among new graduates and increase employers satisfaction with new labour quality. Indirectly, the project contributes in enhancing the capacity of young labor force of Hanoi in particular and Vietnam in general. Establish engagement of every part of the society in sharing culture. All in all, contribute to the long-lasting and sustainable development of Vietnam.
