Our IT division is working on many measures to ensure that our grassroots partners get familiar to technology, processes and databases they'll need to handle for implementation of the project. So that there is right paced introduction of technology to all stakeholders involved. A brief update on the status is given below
Software Development update
Currently Software is in development stage, 3 phases of development is already been delivered, feedback and change management is ongoing. Software will go on live by November , 2017
Hardware update:
Equipping CRY partners with the necessary technological requirements to be able to implement RBMS.
Under this 50 computers delivered at project offices, basic training at project offices at the time of installation was been conducted. Data entry has been started.
Training & Data Review:
CRY Monitoring & Evaluation team conducted the refresher trainings for the 42 CRY Development Supportteam member (Internal programme implementation team of CRY) on MIS tools, revisions made, and data quality control. Later, Manager-M&E and DS team together facilitated the refresher training to the 190 project staffs (Project Holders, Project Coordinators, and Data entry operators) and 568 field workers/community mobilizers (enumerators/data collection personnel) from the CRY’s entire partner NGOs for MIS tools, incorporated revisions, and process of data collections.
The collected data has been reviewed at ground by CRY team with the Partners for quality.
