Our work with Cambodian Eye Doctors continues through the viris shut down. Requests for supplies ,teaching and training continue through this challenging time.
We have over 2000 cataract surgeries completed or planned. Many of these blind patients receive donated lens implants through THE BLINDNESS FOUNDATION.
Our eye clinics include those and the University of Health Sciences, based out of the Soviet friendship Hospital- 'the Russian Hospital' in the capital city of Phnom Penh and the CSC Hospital also located there . These include children with multiple levels of eye disorders.The local Ophthalmologists in training do an excellent job with the donated supplies in a most encouraging manner.
