Our youth changemakers are doing exceptionally well! We've had some record breakers, for example Amos, a new energy changemaker in Nakuru, who's earning more in his first month than most young profesionals do in their first three months! What does he have to say about it? "I just try my best, that's all I can do."
We've also introduced some new, exciting, and very clean energy products for our youth to sell. We now have bioethanol stoves and fuel across our Nairobi and Mombasa branches, which is recognised as the cleanest fuel, whilst still being cost effective to our low-income communities.
As we approach the last few months of the year, we have already surpassed our training target, and are now concentrating on making sure that each individual gets the support, coaching, and encouragement they need to fulfill their full potential
