Empowering Women Entrepreneurs: Your Support Can Change Lives!

On February 26, 2025, our team visited the resilient women of Taabre and Dawu as part of the Community Green Economy Project (CGEP). This project is not just about training—it’s about transforming lives, creating opportunities, and breaking the cycle of poverty for women in rural communities.

The impact of our work was visible and inspiring. Out of the 12 beneficiaries we met, 91% have gained new skills in black soap making and snail farming, opening doors to financial independence. Even more impressive, 83% have already taken bold steps to start their businesses—a remarkable achievement in communities where economic opportunities for women are often scarce.

Yet, behind these successes lie deep challenges. Lack of access to raw materials due to financial constraints, and unpredictable weather conditions threaten the dreams of these hardworking women. Despite their determination, many struggle to purchase the basic tools they need to make their businesses thrive.

How You Can Help

Imagine this: A woman, eager to build a sustainable business, has learned the skills but lacks the essential tools to succeed. With just $50, you can provide half of the support items she needs, and with $100, you can fully equip her to transform her new skills into a thriving business.

Your donation will provide:

  • Essential raw materials for black soap production and snail farming.
  • Business tools such as packaging, measuring equipment, and production materials

Building Stronger Futures with the Business Resource Centre (BRC)

During our visit, we secured an incredible partnership with the Business Resource Centre (BRC). They have committed to:

  •  Providing training spaces and equipment such as projectors and whiteboards.
  • Offering a dedicated shelf space for women to showcase and sell their products.
  • Sponsoring the registration of five beneficiaries into their entrepreneurship network at no cost.

Make a Difference Today!

These women are not looking for a handout—they are looking for a hand up. They are ready to work, ready to create, and ready to build a better future for themselves and their families. Your contribution, no matter how small, will go a long way in empowering them to succeed.

Join us in changing lives! Donate $50 to provide half the support a woman needs or $100 to fully equip a woman for success. Together, we can break the barriers that keep women from financial freedom.
