Child Development Centre for 180 Children Uganda

Miroi Child Restoration Centre aims to education, provide care & support to 180 orphans, sickle cell, HIV/AID infected and affected children education, health, shelter.

With our 23 admitted children for pre-primary education, last term we only sfully paid up tuition for onl 17 children and 6 were pending for payment.

We so grateful to generous people like you who made thi possible! The new education term has begun two weeks ago. This term rquires us $ 1,278 to full pay of school fees and requirements for 23 learners for this term.

This will cover termly fees, scholarstic materials and other school requirments.

Our Child sponsorship is a unique program that connects one child in need with one compassionate person like you! This program is giving children our children a chance to grow up healthy, educated, and safe - forever changing their life and future. You just might find that it changes you, too.

Our plans

1. we intend to connect the sponsored childen with the donors i.e. do letter writting
2. We plan to continue with classroom construction to start a school for the sponsored children so that the money we are using for sponsoring 23 children can cater for more 30 children.

Sponsoring a child is the most personal, effective way to fight poverty. When we sponsor a child in need, we build a special relationship that encourages the child with hope for the future. The support helps to pursue the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being of vulnerable children. When we sponsor a child, we also hope to help provide essentials like clean water, nutrition, education, and more as planned with the child's community, while we connect through letters and photos.

Thanks to the generous past and future investment in this project by our donors through GlobalGiving we will be able to complete construction of the Center, hire staff and purchase needed supplies allowing us to educate children below five years of age so they can thrive and reach their boundless potential.

The impact of taking children to a classroom has been overwhelming and amazing. 17 learners can now attend class for now a full year, from the bottom of our hearts we thank each and every one of you for your generosity!”

As we are aware it's been a very difficult moment of lock down in Uganda, children spent two years without a formal education, several others especially girls have been married off as others have been impregnated in the process. As a centre we have manage to secure 23 admission for our 23 sponsored children with 17 children now having fully paid tuition for a full year! 6 have not yet been paid for.

We would like to build own classroom to cater for many children the some we are spending for paying tuition could pay for teaches and other bill to facilitate a good number of children.

Will you give hope back to these children and girls? Will you talk to someone to support the cause? Will you help take back seven (7) children/girls to school for a school term? Will committee to helping us build nursery and pri-primary section for these children? We have acquired land with other building materials which ae locally available.
