Daily commitment to Guatemalan youth.

The Sounds for Life orchestra continues to work tirelessly every day, filling the lives of many Guatemalan children and young people with joy and music. Each rehearsal is an opportunity to transform hearts, awaken talents and strengthen the spirit of those who are part of this beautiful project.

In our rehearsals, the environment is always safe and equipped with all the necessary elements so that the members of the orchestra feel fulfilled, happy and motivated in each day of work. We strive to create a space where respect, collaboration and learning are the pillars that sustain our growth, allowing each child and young person to develop their musical and personal skills in an environment of trust and well-being.

We want to emphasize that, every time someone decides to contribute financially to our organization, they are directly benefiting more than 100 Guatemalan children and young people. Your generosity is transformed into opportunities, fulfilled dreams and promising futures. For this reason, we sincerely thank you that, among so many needs and options to help, you look at our project and allow us to continue providing hope and music to those who need it most.

Sonidos Para La Vida is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting a close experience of music by the children and youth of Guatemala. To achieve this, we use all the resources at our disposal, as long as each child obtains that experience that brings them closer to the joy of music in their lives, but fundamentally that brings them closer to the great advantages that music brings to their physical, emotional and structural development.

We recently had the great pleasure of receiving a person who, completely voluntarily, wanted to work with our young musicians.

Paola, a citizen of the United States, wanted to dedicate part of her valuable time to give our children a "workshop" of "Expression through MOVEMENT", this teaching them to use their body to coordinate rhythm and movements on a stage.

Our children had a wonderful experience and were able to express many emotions through movement, with which they found one more way to feel the rhythm and, in this way, have one more tool to take the performance of their instrument to another level.

The generosity of the workshop leader Paola is an example of how all help is extremely important for the community of Sonidos Para La Vida, because all help adds up to achieve that fundamental objective of TRANSFORMING THE LIVES of many Guatemalan children and young people.

Every time you make a contribution to our organization, you are helping to change a life and giving better opportunities so that many children and young people are free from the dangers of social networks, the darkness of loneliness and all those risks, silences against which you can only fight by giving positive purposes to your life.
