We are delighted to present the donor report for the project aimed at providing career pathways for adult New Americans enhancing their economic opportunities and increasing their competitiveness in the Colorado job market. This initiative has been made possible through your generous support, and we are excited to share good news.
At Teach by Tech, we're dedicated to empowering adult New Americans through innovative workforce development programs that seamlessly integrate technology. Our mission is to bridge the gap between newcomer communities and the evolving job market by providing comprehensive training in essential skills such as English language proficiency, digital literacy, and technical competencies. We are excited to announce our new Manufacturing sector career pathway. This course will promote contextualized language acquisition, soft skills for the workplace and digital literacy for manufacturing. In addition, participants will engage in site visits, meet HR professionals and industry leaders and participate in a job fair.
Through our tailored curriculum and supportive learning environment, participants gain the confidence and capabilities needed to thrive in industries ranging from manufacturing to healthcare to information technology. We believe in the transformative power of education and technology to unlock opportunities and foster economic empowerment for immigrant communities. By partnering with local organizations, businesses, and educational institutions, we ensure that our programs are responsive to the needs of both participants and employers, ultimately building a more inclusive and resilient workforce.
This project has made significant strides in enhancing economic opportunities for refugees and immigrants in Colorado. With your continued support, we look forward to creating a lasting impact on the lives of these resilient individuals, empowering them to build a brighter future. Join us in creating pathways to success for adult New Americans as they embark on their journey toward meaningful careers and brighter futures.
Sincerely,
Linnie Pawlek
