In July, the construction situation in the attacked area became more serious, which made our construction work halt. Making public temporary housing was taken priority, and our construction was left over. So we made arrangements with our designer and the contractor many times, and made a decision to restart late in August. Because of this, the open was supposed to be still later.
In August, we managed to arrange craftsmen, and restarted the construction past the middle of the month. We speeded up plumbing work, gas piping, preparing placing of concrete for a dirt room on the second floor, electric plumbing for upstairs’ slab, concrete placing upstairs, outer circumference construction, sash installing, and wall. The designer visited again and again and conducted the meeting thoroughly, thanks to that, the construction proceeded as scheduled
In September, we hastened plumbing work, placing of concrete for a dirt floor upstairs, exterior wall substrate, inner wall backing, sash installing, waterworks, electric wiring, and hanging doors.
After we restarted, our construction went well.
From October onward, we are going forward exterior wall, partition wall, and construction downstairs. We put waterproof sheet and heat insulator into wall for future disasters or coldness.
Thank you for your support as well.
