"Construction Project report 7 of "On the road Watanoha base"
In March, we started to use all the staffs of “Long Beach House”, andday after day made trial menu. We held the opening ceremony splendidly on 14th. Regardless of outside Miyagi prefecture, a lot of people came here. We have opened the restaurant for regular hours from the next day. It was a hurried reception on the first day, but staffs got used to work till the end of the month. Some repeaters came and said “a lot of fun here”, which gave us power. The visitors totaled 198 from the opening day to 31th.
In April, 358 customers came to Long Beach House. Some visitors from neighborhood dropped in and had a drink while they ware out for a walk. On the other hand, we held a concert on one regular holiday. It got quite lively.
334 customers came to Long Beach House in May. Guest house was finally opened! Customers who are out of Miyagi prefecture gradually visit here. We have three types of room; double, twin and dormitory. We have a problem that a few people know our restaurant and guest house so we took some photos of foods in order to put them on a webpage and flyers. We are going to put effort into advertisements of Long Beach House because we want a lot of people to know about it.
