Partner Abuse Project Update: Hope in Action

Thanks to the generous support of our donors, we have taken important steps forward in our Partner Abuse Project. Funds raised have enabled us to pay for an official building plan and architectural design for our future shelter. This is a major milestone that brings us closer to creating a safe space for survivors of partner abuse. This will alos provide us with actual cost to work with and provide cure and future donors a visible structure of what the shelter would look like.

In addition, we have been able to support one of our survivors, Olivia, with seed funds to start a small home-based trading business. Olivia cares for two children, one of whom, Prince, is disabled and can no longer be carried around as she sells. With a shop set up in her home, she can now earn an income while continuing to care for her children with dignity and stability.

Our next goal is to raise funds to begin construction, starting with the foundation of the shelter building. This center will provide safety, support, and hope for many more survivors.

Thank you for standing with us. Your support is turning plans into action and hope into reality and we are very grateful!
