Dearest Friends of FAWEZI

I hope to find you all in good health!

We are overjoyed to share with you our second report for 2023.

In the first update we mentioned that we still needed more resources to complete our safe water project at our target school. We are happy to announce that we have made significant progress and the project is almost complete.

FAWEZI secured further support from a different funding partner, and has installed a solar powering system that is allowing water to be pumped, stored in a 5000l tank and tapped at a few points in the school. However a few items are still outstanding and we are hoping that the resources raised from you our dear friends donors will be used to finalize and wrap up the project.  As you know access to clean water is a fundamental human right .Unfortunately, the community we are targeting is amongst those that have long suffered from the lack of access to clean water.

We urge you to continue to support this worthy cause so that we can perfect our project and together we can celebrate our impact on the lives of the benefiting school children, teachers and community members. We are happy to say by June 2023 we will be have finalized the setting up and security of our water infrastructure at the school.

The presence of clean and running water at the school is already ensuring that the scholars and teachers are safe from unclean water sources and tedious means previously used to access clean water. In the long run this  will lead to improved academic performance and retention rates which will help build a more prosperous and sustainable community in the long run.

We continue to count on you help us perfect and maintain our water project at the school.

Where there is a will, there is a way!

From all of us here at FAWEZI, Thank you!
