We are delighted to share an update on the impact your generosity continues to make in the lives of vulnerable girls in Zimbabwe.

Through the partnership with Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe, this year, Talia Women's Network has conducted outreach programmes at Jonas Primary and Secondary Schools, where we distributed dignity packs to 1,068 girls. The dignity packs contained essential menstrual hygiene products and supplies designed to help girls manage their periods safely, confidently and with dignity.

For many girls, access to menstrual hygiene products remains a significant challenge. Period poverty continues to contribute to school absenteeism, low self-esteem and barriers to education. By providing these dignity packs, we are helping ensure that girls can remain in school, participate fully in their education and pursue their dreams without interruption.

We are incredibly grateful for the support that has made this work possible. Every contribution, whether from an individual donor, corporate partner, or grantmaker, directly impacts the lives of girls who would otherwise struggle to access these basic necessities.

At the same time, we must share a challenge we are currently facing. Over recent months, we have seen a noticeable decline in support from individual supporters and donors. While we understand that many people are navigating their own economic realities, the need on the ground has not diminished. In fact, demand for menstrual hygiene support continues to grow as more schools and communities reach out for assistance.

Your support remains critical in our efforts to end period poverty and keep girls in school. Even small contributions collectively make a significant difference, enabling us to purchase dignity packs, conduct menstrual health education sessions and reach girls in underserved communities.

We also remain committed to our goal of purchasing a project vehicle. A dedicated van will greatly enhance our ability to access remote and hard-to-reach areas where girls often face the greatest barriers to education and menstrual health support. Reliable transportation will allow us to expand our reach, respond more efficiently to community needs and ensure that no girl is left behind because of her location.

As we celebrate the impact achieved through our partnership with Stanbic Bank, we invite our GlobalGiving supporters to continue walking this journey with us. Your generosity has already changed thousands of lives and with your continued support, we can reach thousands more.

Together, we can end period poverty, keep girls in school and create a future where every girl has the opportunity to thrive.

Thank you for believing in our mission and for standing with the girls and women we serve.
