Bal Vinod Secondary School, located in Natole, Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Nepal has 22 staffs and 220 students. ECCA has launched safe drinking water program in this public school. The Child Club students regularly produce chlorine solution in the school from the Mini WATA device provided by ECCA. This chlorine solution is then used to disinfect drinking water.
The school lacked proper drinking water station. At the request of the school management, ECCA is supporting the construction of Safe drinking water station in this school, which will benefit both the staffs and the students. Mr. Madhav Prasad Khatiwada, Principal of the school thanked all for the support.
