By Corinna Hoerst | Acting CEO, Atlas Corps
Happy holidays from the Atlas Corps Community! Here’s to a successful year of developing global leaders and strengthening organizations through our leadership programs. We are grateful for your continued support this year which helped us actively engage over 150 social change leaders from 43 countries, which includes over 60 Fellows and Scholars from Asia and Europe.
One of those leaders is our newest American India Foundation Fellow, Akriti from India, who is serving full-time at the American Red Cross as their Learning and Development Fellow. Through the Fellowship, Akriti has the unique opportunity to gain experience in designing training programs. Akriti extends her gratitude,
“Being a part of Atlas Corps is not just a personal milestone, but a gateway to global impact. This Fellowship is more than a program; it's a chance to be part of a community dedicated to positive change. I can't wait to dive into cross-cultural collaborations and develop skills that will help me contribute more effectively to our global society. Here's to a journey of growth, impact, and lifelong friendships!
“[At the American Red Cross], I hope to gain a deeper understanding of how effective learning strategies can transform an organization's operational excellence and amplify its humanitarian impact. This journey is not just about professional development; it's about being a part of a bigger picture, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the American Red Cross.”
P.S. - Thank you for showing up for Atlas Corps last month for Giving Tuesday! Because of you, we exceeded our expectations.
