Hello!
Thank you for being an Atlas Corps Monthly Donor! You are part of a unique group of supporters who are proving long-term investment in our organization and our social change leaders.
Your support helped us to recruit Pragya - an expert in social entrepreneurship from India! As an Atlas Corps Fellow, Pragya will support the overall strengthening of leadership development in the nonprofit sector by helping to expand the American Express Leadership Academy franchise. She will coordinate and grow the alumni network; manage and coordinate the global Alumni Summit, and help develop and improve communication.
In addition to welcoming Pragya and Class 32 in September, Atlas Corps also launched a new partnership with the IBM Corporate Service Corps (read more in Scott Beale's recent post: http://bit.ly/partnershipatlas). Here is a quick overview of the partnership:
For the first time in its history, Atlas Corps is matching some of our Fellows with IBM Corporate Service Corps (CSC) members in San Francisco and New York to help address critical social issues in our local communities....This year marks CSC’s 10 year anniversary and the first time they are bringing their global talent to American communities. Atlas Corps is honored to be part of this new model in helping American nonprofit organizations build sustainability and ensure that effective corporate best practices are brought to bear to enhance our communities.
Thank you for support Pragya, Atlas Corps, and all of our Fellows!
-Abby
PS Did you hear about our #GivingToday campaign? We are inviting our donors to "beat the holiday rush" and send their annual contributions today! All donations are being matched 1 for 1. Details at donate.atlascorps.org.
