The first months of operation of the project in 2019-2020 coincided with the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, what made field activities difficult, however, the territorial processes were redesigned and readapted in accordance with the sanitary measures established by the national, state and local authorities. At the same time, the methodological processes of each component and the instruments for data collection, community, infrastructure, technical housing and market diagnoses, baseline and selection of beneficiaries were structured, as well as stakeholder mapping and multilevel management process. The implementation of the project was strengthened through a Habitat for Humanity’s Geographic Information Systems (GIS) platform with a mobile application which optimized field work times, because it allowed the collection of data in the field to be stored in the cloud. The platform supported the integration of technical and social information on the implementation of the project in its 4 components, as well as the corresponding MEAL process
