By Amy Baty-Herbert | Project Coordinator
Dear Project Supporters,
Your support helped provide children in Kamawornie with new shoes, bringing smiles to the students. You can watch some of them receiving their new shoes in this video https://youtu.be/U9IW_riKCds
Many families in Kamawornie, a remote village in northern Sierra Leone, live in extreme poverty. The new shoes were greatly appreciated by both the students and their parents. Thank you for your generosity!
Items like shoes, uniforms, school supplies, and raincoats are ongoing needs for children in Sierra Leone, especially in areas like Kamawornie. The most effective way to ensure that these children have what they need so they can focus on getting their education is to start a recurring donation.
Please share this project with your contacts and invite them to consider supporting this ongoing project. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at GlobalGiving@developafrica.org.
Warm regards,
Amy and the Develop Africa team
