Dear Donor,
This is a thank-you message from a beneficiary of one of the households we’ve reached with your support.
I am writing this letter to provide you with information about the women in Turkey affected by the major earthquakes, whom you have supported through your donations.
Three years have passed since the earthquake that affected 11 provinces in the Southeastern Anatolia Region. Since a large portion of the population has not yet been able to secure permanent housing, they are vulnerable to extreme weather conditions. During the heavy rains in June, our beneficiaries lost their livestock, crops, and tools.
For this reason, we are using your donations to meet the most urgent needs of households affected by the floods. In May and June, we used your support to provide tools and hygiene supplies to 10 beneficiaries.
We hope your support will continue.
