Because of the donors’ engagement, of which their best practices on the platform of GlobalGiving, has shown up their support to Kole Intellectual Forum: this support has become so amazing to the organization to the extent that: it offers an impactful, timely, and personalized contributions to the beneficiaries that go beyond just the monetary value, making the outcome of this project to give a significant difference to the recipient.
Given that: the beneficiaries are carefully selected, based on their interest to the project, as the priority to the admission; the students are tending to act meaningfully to the project; following the guide lines of the projects in full capacity. For the last eight years of service delivery by Kole Intellectual Forum, the activities of organization has tried to fulfill the goal of the organization

Teaching students with the hearts of generosity
In the orientation of the Instructors, they (team of Kole Intellectual Forum) train them to have a generous teaching that have the intentional cultivation of a giving, empathetic mindset in students by modeling them with kindness, encouraging sacrificial sharing, and fostering them with joy through service, rather than just material learning. They teach them with the generosity is a lifestyle of sharing time, skills, and resources, often inspired by the principles of love and hope.
Meaningfully, they teach them with the heart of fostering empathy: discussing feelings surrounding helping each other by making a positive difference; teaching them to practice ways of kindness in their everyday moments, such as giving compliments or sharing the learning outcome with each other; as well as Teaching that generosity means giving up something of your own, as shown by stories like the widow's offering

Moving Teachers Closer to Students
With support from the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving: Kole Intellectual Forum, has introduced Teachers moving closer to students program—that is, known as proximity control—or is crucial way for fostering engagement, managing behavior, and building rapport. The program acts as a subtle, non-verbal redirection technique that reduces behavior problems, increases participation, and strengthens teacher-student relationships. Proximity ensures students feel seen, supported, and safe.
Purposely, the approach help in:
- Behavior Management: where by, proximity serves as a subtle, non-verbal tool for redirection and encourages student self-regulation.
- Increased Engagement: It improves motivation, participation, and enthusiasm, encouraging active learning.
- Rapport Building: It demonstrates care and attention, strengthening the teacher-student relationship.
- Academic Support: It allows teachers to notice when students need help, leading to better classroom, peer, and teacher interaction.
