Japan Platform are supporting for building network to various issues throught cooperation between aid providors and local communities in this area. Because, some of the local nonprofit sector that ought to step up into this core role are not functioning fully due to lack of human resources and/or damages sustained by the disaster.And we are subsidizing member NGOs and non-member NGOs.
- Repair of public hall (Peace Boat Disaster Relief Volanteer Center)
- Implementation of disaster prevention training (Peace Boat Disaster Relief Volanteer Center )
- Rebuilding local community networks (Peace Winds Japan)
- Strengtheing disaster network between three prefectures (Japan Platform)
We will continue to support until the end of March 2020.
