For the victims of the record breaking torrential rain which poured extensively at western Japan, Japan Platform decided to launch a support project. In addition, we started to accept emergency aid donations.
From the donations, JPF have decided to subsidize activities of the 12 member NGOs, such as Good Neighbors Japan (GNJP), Peace Winds Japan (PWJ), Humanitarian Medical Assistance (HuMA) and so on. They implemented relief actions such as giving medical examination in shelters, distributing relief goods, improvement of shelter environment and supporting volunteer center operation.
Please see this page for more detailed information.
We have been coordinating with companies for the support of victims. Please see this page tor those activities (Please click the ''Collaboration Case'' tab).
