Warmth Winter Emergency Support for Syrian Family

Thanks to your remarkable generosity and unwavering commitment to humanitarian response, Space of Peace has taken meaningful action to prepare vulnerable families for the harsh winter ahead. Because of you, families in need were not left to face the cold alone but instead were met with warmth, dignity, and hope.

Over the past season, 478 individuals across 42 families—including widows, children, people with disabilities, and the elderly—received essential winter support. These families were equipped with warm winter clothing, blankets, and hygiene kits, helping them face the season in safer and healthier conditions. Children also received toys and gifts, bringing light and joy as they returned to school.

Our outreach extended to al-Haffa, Ariha, and Darat Izza, where 80 children engaged in psychosocial, recreational, and support sessions. We shared laughter, games, and planted seeds of safety and happiness in their young hearts. In addition, 75 women took part in dialogue and awareness sessions, providing a platform for them to express their needs and inform future programming.

These achievements were only possible because of your compassionate support. And while we have made significant strides, the coming winter continues to pose serious threats to many. Your continued generosity will ensure that more families stay warm, safe, and hopeful in the months ahead.
