Challenge

Formal education alone does not guarantee employment, and many youth lack hands-on skills demanded by the job market. Without vocational training or apprenticeships, young people struggle to find work and remain economically vulnerable.

Solution

This project will provide youth with vocational skills training in trades such as tailoring, carpentry, electrical work, or hairdressing, alongside apprenticeship placements with local artisans. Participants will receive practical instruction, mentorship, and basic tools to help them transition into employment or self-employment.

Long-Term Impact

The project will increase youth employability, reduce unemployment, promote self-reliance, and strengthen local economies by building a skilled workforce.
