Subject: Project Update – Vestment Tailoring & Embroidery Center
Dear GlobalGiving Team,
Thank you for your continued support and for the opportunity to share an update on the Vestment Tailoring & Embroidery Center project.
During the past months, our team has been working on the preparatory stage required to move the project toward implementation. The land designated for the center has been secured through a diocesan donation, and coordination with local church leaders and community representatives has been established to support the project’s future operations.
In parallel, we have been refining the operational structure of the workshop, confirming equipment specifications, and developing the training framework for the first cohort of artisans. The center is designed to train and employ 30 local artisans, creating sustainable income opportunities that will support over 120 family members in the surrounding community.
The project is currently in its early fundraising phase, while local coordination and planning continue to ensure that construction, equipment installation, and training activities can begin efficiently once the initial funding milestone is reached.
Our objective is to establish a sustainable social enterprise that combines training, production, and local sales, strengthening traditional craftsmanship while reducing dependence on imported vestments.
We remain fully committed to transparency, responsible financial management, and full compliance with GlobalGiving’s reporting and due diligence standards.
Thank you for your continued partnership. We look forward to sharing further progress as the project advances.
With appreciation,
George Constantine
