Dear Sir,
As a goal of our project, we had targeted Conservation of endangered & common bird species of Ahmedabad through scientific rehabilitation & public education programs. We are proudly announcing that we are able to reach completely in our goal for this project implementation is concern so far.
Efforts of our entire team of rescuers, vets and supportive staff has paid off. We have been successful in treating and releasing more than 80% of the birds, with an outstanding success ratio.
Lastly we are sharing complie bird release videos of various types of spicies and one more unique case of Juvenile Common Crane Surgery
A juvenile common crane was brought in with a deep laceration on the right wing patagium. The wing was cut badly due to the sharp kite strings all the way till the bone, luckily the bone wasn't damaged. Team of our Vet, operated on the bird and gave the bird another shot at flight.
If the flight muscles aren't sutured correctly, the bird will not be able to fly properly and will remain grounded. Correct reconstruction is of the utmost importance.
The crane is now under recovery and is allowed to roam freely in the Aviary.
Dear Donors! Kindly donate generously for maintaining our hospital and carrying out our work smoothly for years to come.
