As the donations continue to come in, we are encouraged to see that we have raised more than $1300. This is very exciting as we feel this is a project that can have significant economic benefits for women throughout the region and for our organization as well. While we continue to face many local challenges, we are strengthened to see that our efforts are being supporting by concerned individuals around the world.
Currently, we are continuing to process fruit and make juice on a small scale, while training local women with the skills to do so as well. While we are still in the beginning stages of this project, we have made some inroads in terms of the funding needed to implement the project and are looking into purchasing a professional juice extractor to be used in mass processing.
We continue to plan and prepare for the implementation of this project on a larger scale once our fundraising goals have been met. Thank you for your continued support and encouragement. We could not do this without you.
