Challenge

Public schools on the Mexican side of the Mexico-U.S. border struggle with limited access to digital tools and resources, leaving teachers untrained and students disengaged. This project equips schools with media classrooms, trains teachers, and provides ongoing support throughout the year to foster a modern, tech-driven learning environment, bridging the digital divide. We recommend watching Radical to better understand this issue, as it portrays schools lacking technology and digital training.

Solution

This project will provide digital classrooms and continuous training to teachers in public schools along the Mexican side of the border. We will equip classrooms with essential technology, train teachers on how to effectively integrate digital tools into their lessons, and provide year-round support. By empowering teachers with the resources and knowledge they need, we create a modern, engaging learning environment that enhances students' academic performance and social development.

Long-Term Impact

This project will create a lasting impact by empowering teachers with digital tools and training, improving education for students in border communities. Over time, it will help bridge the digital divide, equipping future generations with the skills they need to succeed academically and in the workforce. The project will affect thousands of students, fostering a generation of educated, skilled individuals who can contribute to the social and economic growth of their communities for years to come
