Fountains of Hope Executivie Director Bill Farrar visited Principal Onel and delivered the first donations to our Global Giving cause to help the school of 600 children. They were thrilled to receive the money and were asking for more. This school is located deep in the heart of the third largest slum in the world, Cite' Solail, Haiti. It is here that when there is not enough food to eat that children eat mud cakes just to fill their stomach's. You can make a difference in the lives of over 600 children by providing additional donations so that the school is able to purchase the water on a monthly basis. There have been three months this year where they did NOT have any water due to a lack of funding.
The reason for having to truck in the water is that Cite Solail, Haiti is located on the coast line and all of the wells have salt water in them and are not drinkable! Please donate to help provide water for an entire school! Thank you!!
