3 WOW 5 members join month-long Agric course

By Obora, Dalmas Odedo | WOW Supervisor

For the month of April three of the WOW 5 group are joining the residential course at Organics for Orphans in Kitale. Last Sunday night Duncan, Pharis and Emmanuel all reported with excitement and eagerness to learn as much as they can about organic agriculture.

The week before the whole WOW 5 group visited Organics for an afternoon to learn about what goes on at this institution. The training centre is located less than 1km from the WOW base at Edwina Gateley House. Following this visit 6 young people expressed their wish to join the course but unfortunately funds didn't permit them all attending at this time. The 3 that were deemed the most interested and committed were selected to join at this time.

Thanks to everyone who has supported this project.
