This project will train 500 young people in Ghana on social justice, equality, and inclusion to promote fair treatment and stronger community cohesion. Many youth have limited understanding of human rights, discrimination, and inclusion, which can lead to exclusion, conflict, and unequal opportunities. Through structured training sessions, this project will equip young people with knowledge and skills to build more fair and inclusive communities.
In many communities in Ghana, there is limited awareness among young people about social justice, equality, and inclusion. This can lead to discrimination, misunderstanding, and exclusion of vulnerable groups. Without proper education on these issues, inequalities can persist, limiting opportunities for many individuals and weakening community harmony.
This project will deliver structured training sessions for 500 youth across selected communities. Participants will learn about equality, human rights, social inclusion, and peaceful coexistence. The project will use workshops, group discussions, and practical examples to help youth understand how to promote fairness and inclusion in their daily lives.
The project will empower young people to become advocates for fairness and inclusion in their communities. Over time, this will reduce discrimination, strengthen social cohesion, and promote equal opportunities for all. Trained youth will also share knowledge with peers, creating a ripple effect of awareness and positive social change.
