Challenge

Many farmers in rural Ghana lack access to modern agricultural knowledge and business skills. As a result, they often produce low yields, struggle to access markets, and earn limited income from farming. This contributes to rural poverty and weak agricultural development.

Solution

This project will provide structured training for 300 farmers in agribusiness management, improved farming techniques, financial literacy, and market access strategies. Farmers will learn how to treat farming as a business, increase productivity, and connect to better market opportunities. Practical demonstrations and mentorship will be included.

Long-Term Impact

The project will increase agricultural productivity and farmer incomes. Trained farmers will be able to produce more efficiently, reduce post-harvest losses, and improve market competitiveness. Over time, this will strengthen food security, reduce poverty, and boost rural economic development.
